PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
All full-time employees are eligible for 18 days of PTO in their first year, which increases with tenure to 23 days. Part-time employees are eligible for 9 days of PTO.
PAID HOLIDAYS
All full-time employees are eligible for 11 paid holidays and 1 Mental Health Day.
MATERNITY LEAVE
New mothers are eligible for 3-6 weeks of company paid maternity/adoption leave (depending on the number of years of employment with the firm).

Depending on the position, Kelley Kronenberg offers multiple workplace location options such as in-office, remote and hyrbrid.
401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN
Employees are eligible to enroll in the firm’s Retirement Savings Plan on the first of the month following the date of hire.
HOLIDAY BONUS
Eligible employees will receive a minimum of one week’s salary for their annual Holiday Bonus. (Prorated for employees under 1 year)
