The Accounting and Finance Department provides full-service accounting and finance support, delivering a full and standard suite of billing, collections, accounts payable, and business management services. Alleviating the pressure on our attorneys, our department seamlessly interfaces our billing programs with the most advanced software. The accounting team customizes its support to each business unit based on client requirements and practice areas.

Our full-scale Human Resources Department is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Kelley Kronenberg to recruit, train, and retain employees who are professional, high-performing, and motivated. Our team specializes in unique onboarding, employee engagement, relationship building, performance management, and employee benefits. Our Human Resources Department includes a Director of Professional Development who coordinates the firm’s efforts to help department leaders and their associates improve productivity and profitability. The services provided include mentoring, coaching, and performance management strategies.

Our Information Technology Department manages the day-to-day operation of the firm’s IT resources. They develop shortterm and long-term information technology support and capabilities for the firm, allowing our attorneys to leverage the most cutting-edge technological advances. In addition to outfitting the firm with elevated hardware, software, and communications systems, our team takes pride in ensuring firm resources are optimized, secure, and available around-the-clock. Our 24-hour IT hotline ensures our systems work whenever you do.  

Our Legal Operations Department develops, implements, and manages effective compliance strategies and procedures that enable firm attorneys to accept new cases, clients, and legal matters more efficiently. The department also ensures that firm contracts and practices remain compliant with existing regulations and bar requirements. Our Legal Operations Department is responsible for garnering firmwide adherence to our clients’ guidelines, illustrating our commitment to client service.

The Marketing Department functions as an in-house agency, working closely with the firm’s practice group leaders to develop high-impact messages, media placements, programs, and strategies that support the firm’s growth plans. The Marketing Department manages all aspects of advertising, client events, public and media relations, and digital outreach. Our Business Development Team acquires new business, negotiates and closes deals, develops strategies for business advancement, and collaborates with our teams to drive expansion and growth.

Our Office Services Department ensures all employees have the tangible tools needed to work efficiently. This department handles supply purchasing and distribution, firm fleet management, and vendor relations, and serves as the direct contact for any building or grounds related matters. Our Office Services Department also initiated and orchestrated our paperless business system and the installation of state-of-the-art HEPA air filters, in keeping with our firm’s ecological priorities. They maintain the beauty and function of our ultramodern offices which have been curated for high performance and client convenience, with spacious conference rooms, collaborative workspaces, and well-appointed dining areas where we offer daily snacks and weekly breakfasts. This team ensures we have ideal spaces for establishing and deepening business connections.
