Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Expertise: Handle various insurance coverage cases, including property damage, car accidents, health insurance benefits, disability cases, and business liability claims. Provide expert legal advice, perform legal research, draft case documentation, and deliver coverage opinions.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Engage in negotiations and communications on behalf of clients.
• Business Development: Utilize your book of business to significantly contribute to the firm’s revenue. Actively seek new clients and business opportunities.
• Leadership and Team Management: Oversee and mentor a team of attorneys and support staff within the department. Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the insurance coverage practice.
• Court Representation: Represent clients in civil court, leveraging persuasive communication and superior written skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in insurance coverage, including both litigation and advisory roles.
• Book of Business: Possess a substantial book of business, demonstrating the ability to generate significant revenue for the firm.
• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Bar Admission: Admission to practice in Florida.
